LIVE WORK PLAY
We provide market for and service customers, businesses and individuals for immigration consultation, advice, and visas processing. The services we offer are in alignment with the Migration Agents’ Code of Conduct and include:
- Visa Application Assistance: Our migration agents help clients prepare and submit visa applications, ensuring that all required documentation is complete and accurate.
- Advice on Visa Options: Our agents provide guidance on the most suitable visa options based on the client's circumstances and goals, considering factors such as work, study, family, or humanitarian reasons.
- Skills Assessments: For certain visas, a skills assessment may be required. Our migration agents can guide clients through this process and help them obtain the necessary assessments.
- Appeals and Reviews: If a visa application is rejected, our migration agents can assist in preparing appeals or requests for review to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) or other relevant bodies.
- Employer Sponsorship: For businesses looking to sponsor overseas workers, our migration agents can assist with the process of becoming an approved sponsor and lodging nomination applications.
- Student Visas: Our migration agents help prospective students with the application process for student visas, including enrolment in education institutions and meeting the Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) requirement.
- Family Reunion: Our migration agents specialize in partner visas and assist with family reunion applications, helping individuals bring their family members to Australia through various visa categories.
- Permanent Residency Applications: Our agents provide guidance on pathways to permanent residency, including skilled migration, family reunion, and employer-sponsored options.
- Compliance and Audits: Our migration agents can help businesses ensure compliance with migration laws, including conducting audits of existing processes and documentation.
It's important to note that all migration agents within Australia must be registered with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA) to provide migration advice and assistance in Australia. A migration agent outside of Australia will not be required to be registered in Australia, therefore leaving clients vulnerable as there is no regulation to monitor migration agents, who operate offshore of Australia. We, therefore, highly recommend you enlist the services of a registered migration agent within Australia.
