We market for immigration advice, fixed fee full service including visa application assistance and skills assessments for our customers. We adhere to the with the Migration Agents’ Code of Conduct and are members of the Migration Institute of Australia and their consumer guide.
- Visa Application Assistance: We assist our clients prepare and submit visa applications, ensuring that all required documentation is complete and accurate.
- Advice on a Visa Option: We provide advice on a suitable visa option.
- Skills Assessments: We assist with skills assessments with the relevant authorities.
- Appeals and Reviews: We can assist in preparing appeals, requests or letters for review to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) or other relevant bodies.
- Employer Sponsorship: For our business clients looking to sponsor overseas workers, we can assist with the process of becoming an approved sponsor and lodging nomination applications.
- Student Visas: We assist with student visa applications. Please see new legislative changes from 01/07/2024.
- Family Visas: We are specialists in partner visas with 100% success rate and assist with family reunion applications, visitor visas and helping individuals bring their family members to Australia through various visa categories.
- Permanent Residency Applications: We provide assistance for permanent residency, including skilled migration, family reunion, and employer-sponsored options. We also do resident return visas and Australian Citizenships.
- Compliance and Bridging Visas: We assist with Bridging visas and visa compliance issues.
It's important to note that all migration agents within Australia must be registered with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA) to provide migration advice and assistance in Australia. A migration agent outside of Australia will not be required to be registered in Australia, therefore leaving clients vulnerable as there is no regulation to monitor migration agents, who operate offshore of Australia. We, therefore, highly recommend you enlist the services of a registered migration agent within Australia.
Fees
We handle the payment of your fees according to the Migration Agent’s Code of Conduct. If paying by credit or with debit cards, card payment fees apply at the rate of 1.4%. For larger payment amounts we recommend paying by direct bank transfer to our Clients’ Trust Account. All fees are non-refundable and payment for consultations is in advance.
